Guarantee Policy:
All reservations require credit card guarantee due at the time of booking. Payment typically in the hotel reception, during check in. We will hold the room for you until 18.00 on the day of arrival. You may guarantee your late arrival (after 18.00) by prepayment or by credit card authorization, please contact hotel reception.
Cancellation Policy:
Booking can be modified or cancelled free of charge no later than 2 days before arrival day. If cancelled or modified later, or in case of no-show the total price of the reservation will be charged.
