Guarantee Policy:
All reservations require credit card guarantee due at the time of booking. Payment typically in the hotel reception, during check-in. We will hold the room for you until 18.00 on the day of arrival. You may guarantee your late arrival (after 18.00) by prepayment of credit card authorization, please contact hotel reception.
Cancellation Policy:
Booking can be modified or cancelled free of charge no later than 2 days before arrival day. If cancelled or modified later, or in case of a no show the hotel has the right to charge total price of the reservation.
