In the By the Waves meeting package, work and wellbeing go hand in hand: ideas flow effortlessly in the cosy sauna lounge, breaks are spent on the terrace listening to the sea, and breakfast and lunch are enjoyed in the architecturally impressive Restaurant Furu, where large windows bring nature into the experience. The day is crowned by your private sauna session, where thoughts gently fall into place. Here, a meeting doesn’t feel like an obligation, but a shared retreat into the arms of the archipelago.

PACKAGE INCLUDES

• The atmospheric sauna lounge is furnished with Artek design classics and features a cosy sofa area for 6 people, TV for meeting use, Wi-Fi, flip chart, pens and notepads.

• Generous hotel breakfast by the sea and surrounded by nature at Restaurant Furu, with a focus on local products, house-made treats and plant-based options.

• Buffet lunch in our restaurant: a healthy and plentiful salad buffet with a strong focus on vegetables, two main course options (one always vegetarian), dessert, as well as coffee and tea.

• Afternoon break at Rantasauna: Mundo organic coffee roasted by Paulig in Vuosaari, Clipper tea selection, freshly baked pastry of the day and a small sweet treat from Rantapuisto.

• Throughout the day you have access to a capsule coffee machine at Rantasauna, along with a selection of nuts, a small sweet snack and whole fruits.

RANTASAUNA

• Private use of Rantasauna, including venue hire, towels and slippers, as well as 2 hours of sauna time at your preferred time between 8:00–17:00.

• Additional sauna hours in connection with the package between 17:00–23:00: 100 € / started hour.

• Rantasauna is equipped with a drinks fridge stocked with a selection of sauna beverages, and sauna menus are also available.

• Additional catering can be arranged – ask our sales team for options and a tailored offer.
