Hotel Rantapuisto’s seaside Beach Sauna and guest sauna invite you to relax and unwind. The Beach Sauna is the perfect place to get into holiday mode, with a private beach and a peaceful seaside setting. Use of the guest sauna, heated daily, is always included in the room rate. As with the other areas of our hotel, the saunas are licensed to serve alcohol, so bringing your own drinks is not permitted.

The atmospheric Seaside Sauna at Rantapuisto, complete with a lounge, is an experience in itself. Set away from the hotel, the private sauna building gives you the peace and quiet to enjoy each other’s company and the seaside views without interruption. Between sauna sessions, step out onto the terrace to cool off and admire the stunning archipelago scenery, or take a refreshing dip straight into the sea from the jetty. The sauna is just 49 steps from the sea. You can enjoy a refreshing swim until the water freezes over. There is no winter swimming hole.

Hotel Rantapuisto’s Rantasauna offers a unique sauna experience surrounded by peaceful nature, right by the sea. Combining modern comfort with a stunning seaside setting, it’s the perfect place to relax, recharge and spend time together. A tribute to Artek, Rantasauna also offers a visual treat for design lovers.

Our guest sauna offers soothing steam for all our guests. It has a changing room, lounge and cooling-off balcony.


Use of the sauna is always included in the room rate.


The sauna is heated daily:

  • women’s session 5–7 pm
  • Men’s session 19:00–21:00

The sauna can be booked for private use either before 17:00 or after 21:30. The rental fee is €40 per hour. Please check availability with reception.

The Aallot ja löyly sauna evening package combines relaxed time together, a carefully crafted sauna menu and the seaside atmosphere of Helsinki. Here, a sauna session becomes an experience.
