Treat yourself to a weekend that’s good for body and mind. By the sea and forest, you can get away from everyday life, strengthen your connection with nature, enjoy gentle movement, find inspiration in nature’s own ingredients and take time to reflect on your dreams.
Enjoy good food, nature and movement together over the weekend, unwind in the seaside sauna and dive into the world of your dreams. The retreat programme is designed to balance body and mind and make room for relaxation, inspiration and time together.
€285 per person, single room€245 per person, double room
The price includes the retreat programme, accommodation in a hotel room and hotel breakfast. Saturday dinner is at your own expense.

Bookings are binding and must be made by 17.10.2026.
The retreat is for 10–20 participants and will go ahead if at least 10 people sign up. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we will contact those registered by 19.10.2026.
Your booking is binding. For bookings made after 17 October 2026, we charge a €50/person deposit, which will be deducted from the final bill. The balance is payable on site. Please let us know when booking if you have any special dietary requirements.
