A wonderful moment together – hands in clay and mind at rest. In the clay workshop, everyone gets to realize their own ideas under the guidance of a professional. You can make, for example, a cup, a bowl, a relief or one of your own creations. In the workshop, the amount of clay does not limit your creativity. You can make several works as long as they fit in the box, where the products are transported to the CIHU studio for finishing. After the workshop, the works are carefully dried, fired, glazed and glaze fired. The finished, beautifully finished products are delivered to the workplace as a joint delivery about a month later.

A glass workshop is the perfect way to spend a relaxing and inspiring time together. The workshop is shorter in duration than others, but the end results surprise time and time again – the shades, surfaces and details of the glazes make each piece unique. In the workshop, you will receive a finished, shaped and raw-fired tile, which you are responsible for decorating yourself. With the guidance of our instructors, you will be able to try out different glazing techniques and combine shades to create a beautiful, unique piece. After the workshop, the tiles will be taken to the studio for glazing. The finished, sustainably glazed products will be delivered to your workplace within about two weeks as a joint delivery. The glass workshop is perfect as part of a more leisurely program or as a light creative break, and will leave you with a spectacular, handmade piece of work as a keepsake.

The candle workshop combines the joy of clay work and candle making. In this workshop, everyone gets to shape their own personal candlestick out of clay and make beautiful spiral candles. Finnish materials are used for the candles, and there are up to 15 color options – everyone is sure to find their own favorite. The end result is a spectacular ensemble that brings light and atmosphere to the home or workplace. After the workshop, the clay candlesticks are taken to the studio to dry, finish and burn. The finished products – your own candlestick and matching spiral candles – are delivered to the workplace in about a month. The candle workshop is the perfect choice for an atmospheric get-together, and the memory remains a practical, beautiful ensemble that warms the mind and space for a long time.

The printmaking workshop offers a peaceful moment for creativity and exploring your own handiwork. The workshop creates four unique prints on high-quality 300g paper – you are free to choose the subject. Each print is signed and numbered, as befits a true printmaker. The size of the prints is approximately 160 x 160 mm, and the workshop culminates in the moment when one of your prints is finished and framed. The framed work includes a beautiful mount and clear acrylic glass, which protect and highlight your art in style (the size of the finished work is approximately 200 x 200 mm).
